I am a Christian and when I was a child we went to the catechism, prayer and gratitude were part of the rituals that we were taught. But we were asked to pray without really giving us explanations, or how to go about it. So I remember that my prayer was very much like a request, I prayed to ask for something I missed, something I wanted to see happen and it did not really work!
I confess I could not believe it.
It is clear that the society in which we dance, inflicts for us a few decades this notion of lack, scarcity, and never enough!
Did it ever happen to you by opening your eyes in the morning to have this idea that you have not slept enough, that you will not have enough time to prepare everything before going to work, not having enough Time to spend on your children, your family, your friends, not enough money. Have you ever heard: there is nothing to eat in this house, I have nothing to wear etc. etc etc but basically are we enough?
My little girl prayer and a large part of my life had plunged me into a vibration of shortage, a vibration of lack without my realising it!
On the other hand, when we put ourselves in a vibration of gratitude, we thank for all those little things that have done us good, we unconsciously put ourselves in a state of abundance and happiness.
How to dance life in an attitude of gratitude:
Let’s stop running and thank all the little pleasures that mark our days. The water of my shower that flows without limit, the smile of a child, the singing of a bird, the good meal that we have just shared etc etc etc then we begin to open our consciousness to the pleasure and lasting happiness that is in us.
Scientific advances can demonstrate that thoughts have electrical charges, and that the generated emotions create a magnetic field, a vibration. Like when you throw a pebble into the water, it creates waves that spread.
For example stress would release about 1200 “neuro-transmitter” chemicals that trigger our emotions.
The science measured that 10 mn of gratitude releases more than 1300 chemicals that regenerate the body.
When we put this information into practice we initiate it into life, we will change our life.
The same research has shown that a state of gratitude allowed and increased the feeling of happiness in a lasting way.
Material goods become less important and are far less the object of our successes.
Being grateful makes it more empathetic, more helpful and disposes to better serve others.
Cultivating gratitude decreases stress, improves sleep quality, increases concentration.
Prayer works if I place myself on the plane of quantum mechanics, rather than asking for money on my account to generate results, I ask for the result of my contribution, the value I will bring to others and I Will put me in an emotional state of gratitude, feel the joy and the happiness that it gives me.
For example, I would like to thank the customers who are coming and that I will be able to help, thank you for all the visits on my website that turn into customers, thank you for all those readers who are interested in my subject, and Acts in the sense of what I wish to see happen.
Another example, I drive my car, and I grumble because it is old, ugly and I envy that of my neighbour, or I put myself in the gratitude of this car; Which does very well its function to lead me from point A to point B and I thank for the next one that is already there and that will manifest to me …
Gratitude is the richest and most powerful feeling to strengthen one’s consciousness of abundance!
To begin to change our habits and put us in Gratitude Attitude,
– each night we have a little notebook of gratitude near our table and write at least 5 things for which we have gratitude
– write a letter of gratitude to the person (s) we are dear to, this is the most beautiful gift we can offer …
